Seeker bullets? How in the hell is V supposed to survive a gang with weapons like that? I hope it's not something as stupid as V; is the only one with rare weapons. Tried not watching any trailers or spoilers until today, and I saw seeker bullets and it pissed me off along with silly ricochet bullets.

Seeker bullets probably isn't going to be a common weapon, certainly not something you'd expect from regular goons, and anyone with that kind of weaponry are probably the kind of enemies that you fight by taking them out before they get a chance to react.

Think of enemies with fat men in Fallout 4. If they can see you, they'll nuke you and you die. But if they're scrambled with your netrunning skills or they've already taken a bullet to the face then they're in no condition to start blasting you with their super-1337 firepower.
You're talking about the Smart weapons. Smart weapons have been an interesting part of Cyberpunk lore, you needed a cyber interface to use them, and the expense of that kept them from being too common (or at least, in the RPG this is based on).
I don't know how they'll be balanced here, but I believe the weapons in the RPG had a trade off when Smart functionality was added, less ammo capacity, less damage, no space for other mods, I'd hope something like that transfers over to this game.

We dont know, also theres interesting HC-mode without UI at all. Basically you need to know how much heatlh or ammo etc is left.

I believe you just slow yourself down and go hunt the bastard. Its quite fast paced as far I know. Kill or get killed kind of combat. You can hide beind stuff, but stuff gets destroyed too, so you gotta move. I could be totally wrong, but APB.
