Are the goodies (book, etc...) in the collector's edition in English for all countries? Or maybe we get, german or italian translated goodies. Would like to know! Thanks!!!

I know the german CE will be in german and i know the scandinavian ones are going to be english. Don't know where i read it though; pretty sure it was on twitter. But i haven't found a complete list which will be localized,
