they can add a new tab, which shows only armors and other related options and we can wear any clothes there without effect any stats or armor. Therefore, we can wear whatever we want freely :)
Do you mean similar to Assassin's Creed Odyssey where you can change the appearance of different armour pieces, or like Fallout 76 where you can wear an outfit on top of the armour?

I just hope that we can look like what we want, not best stats.
My idea to add new tab like cyberware. Change setting, or adding clothes without stats. Also, hiding clothes for example head.

On assasins creed odyssey, you have to change it, when you wear something new.
in a lot of rpg games the point is that you have to actually find a good mix of aesthetic, armor, & attributes to fit your character. not just wear whatever you want and have max armor stats.
you need to find the clothes\armor that you like, upgrade them to decent stats, and add the mods that you want.

i don't think i found a very good looking\matching complete outfit that had very good attributes until ~30 hours into the game. this helps make the good stuff you find and\or create that much more important.

if you can't take the time to search & modify stuff you like; CP2077 already gives you the option to wear an external set that will cover your normal gear.
what you are asking for seems like a pretty bad idea.

GObonzo: upgrade them to decent stats,
Do people actually upgrade gear in Cyberpunk 2077? Maybe one or two times, but after that the needed resources are ridiculous. Better to just make it legendary and use mods.

Thank you for expressing your idea with details.

Generally, looking good is important for me. If I can look like what I want, I can take more enjoyment from the game.
Some people may not care, on the other hand, some people may care. This is all about taking enjoy.
I think it is a problem which can be solved in many ways easily. And I give a suggestion which may solve this problem.
