CDPR, can you please change the response of civilians to violence?

For a city where ridiculous violence is an everyday occurrence, watching every civilian within a km radius crouch down when I raise my fists is immersion breaking and of out of sync with the world of Cyberpunk.

Have them run away, shout abuse, cheer on the violence.

Mix it up a bit please.
The ai in this game is horrible. cops attack you for simply walking by them.
Refunded for now, hoping it'll get better with expansions or something. Was hyped over immersion/choices, own fault I guess.
From the promises in interviews and articles its pretty silly.... Tons of people but the AI is bad. Maybe they had to stupefy it for the consoles.

Wouldn't be the first time a game was made worse because they just "Had to make it run on consoles" and cut a boat load of features.

The AI is the major issue that so many people are seemingly overlooking right now. This game is not alive. It is hollow and just empty due to the absolutely HORRIBLE AI

I've just stopped caring about it and think of CP2077 as story-driven action game with minimal open-world elements. If anything, I want to replay Deus Ex HR because of how similar those two games essentially are, minus all that buggy mess from CP2077 (aslo, Jensen and I have the same birthday and I wish I could make V look as stylish as him).
Uhh, in a city like Night City, running away and shouting abuse would increase the chance of you getting shot VS crouching down. You are making yourself an easier target and then drawing attention to yourself as well.. Running away is always the worst thing to do in a violent situation, whenever there is either a bow or a crossbow or a firearm or a violent person on horseback or onr who can just move a lot faster than you. BUT you raising your fists shouldn't trigger that kind of reaction though. I'm guessing, the devs just didn't have time to make the NPCs react to players who raise their fists or a melee weapon instead of pulling out an assault rifle or shotgun etc... This will probably be fixed in the future. OR maybe, in the future, they plan on releasing DLC that allows you to punch someone from across the street and throw swords. :) Imagine a cyberpunk fist that lets you punch someone in the face from a long distance, Mike Tyson style.

I hate to say it but, that sounds very much like relativity to me in 2020, never mind 2077, maybe you have the wrong skin colour in game ;-)

I was not disappointed because I expected the game to be very similar to Deus Ex HR. But in my case I like to play as a woman and that's a plus for CP2077
Violence... ha... a few times when i tried to park a car or a bike... slowly... one of the NPCs quite far from a vehicle was running away in fear as if he/she saw Godzilla or something...

They don't simply crouch, some of them uses they "teleportation" cyberware :)

Yeah, I got shot at by the NCPD....
For carrying a dead body past them :D
I was in the corpo district and saw some guys in hazmat suits working. So i walk up to them, mindful of the hologram tape they put up to keep people out of the evidence zone or whatever, and they both lost their minds and started aggroing me. Like wtf guys? I don't really mind the window dressing drivers ai or people stuck in a loop of being crouched in fear, but the cops stuff is making the side content harder to enjoy. I've even been attacked randomly by cops while doing a job for them.

No game is alive. This is on par with the Witcher in terms of ai and npcs though, or at least it will be when the get it sorted out.
