@ OP:
Your choice in physical motherboard - mATX, ATX, ITX etc. - all comes down to what fits in your computer case.
No need to go mATX if your case supports a regular ATX motherboard.
As for Intel or AMD, it doesn't really matter these days. Personally, I prefer Intel, but that's only because I've used Intel for the last 15 years and I basically know how to install an Intel CPU in my sleep.
Your motherboard and CPU choices seems solid. 3200 MHz RAM is arguably the best choice for speed and price. And Intel 10th gen. is also what I would argue is the best generation for a long, long time (9th gen mostly didn't have hyperthreading, 11th gen. was literally a hot mess, and 12th gen still got those "new hardware" bugs to sort out).
I would argue going for the 10700K if you haven't bought anything yet. Slightly higher stock clock and you get integrated graphics. Not much use on a day-to-day basis, but I find integrated graphics essential when doing troubleshooting.
