I'm having a problem with new car quests, I have stopped getting car offers from fixers.
I tried just standing in the part of the city the fixer is in, I have completed quests there and NCPD hustles, I traveled in and out.
But no matter what I do the offers are not coming. I already maxed out street cred, so that's not it.
Anyone knows how to trigger the car offers from fixers?
