Running Win 7 with dual monitors, I have no option to enable full screen mode, just windowed or borderless windowed. I can play the game, but I'm having a lot of performance issues which may or may not be related. Probably both. I see people mentioning this issue a lot but haven't seen a solution. The next time I get a chance I'll disable one of my monitors and see if that gives me an option, but I'd really like to not have to do that.
