Is it not possible to use quick-hacks on police?

Was this just (another) oversight? Or am I missing something (a perk, a cybermod, etcetera)?

Edit: I'm guessing (hoping) this is something that'll be patched in - given that any other combatants can be quick hacked. Trama, etc..

Only the NCPD (Police and Max) can't be quick-hacked for some reason.
