Cannot become Borg. Cannot become male or female. I'm becoming skeptical of this game as a legit RPG.

If you mean a "cyberpsycho" with calm personality then no. I remember developers mentioned that your protagonist can't lose humanity due to lots of cyber implants, there is a limit for it.
