I have an Acer Nitro 5 2020 (AN515-43). I would like to know if it will run Cyberpunk 2077 better then my PS4 Slim.

AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with a Radeon Vega 10 Mobile

Geforce GTX 1650 (4GB)

16GB RAM Dual Channel - (2GB reserved memory for Vega 10)

Would you buy Cyberpunk 2077 for PS4 Slim or Gog.com version with this configs?

Thanks

I think it would be kind of the same, it depends on the graphical settings you put in the game. Saludos desde México
I would go PC. I saw something about work on mod tools commencing after release. If Cyberpunk 2077's asset loading was designed with a nod toward modding then the PC version could have people adding guns and vehicles and characters and dialog and scripts and quests and geometry and textures and nav meshes and shaders and script-extending call hooks. I'd want in on that.

Anything mobile will be more limited in terms of raw power. But that current listing is roughly 25-55% better(depending on test) then a PS4 Slim in terms of performance, which should tell you what you need to know. In you case PC wins vs console.
Thanks guys! I will buy here on gog.com then.

Hold on!

That laptop might be about the same or better than PS4 slim, but the game ports have also different requirements. On PS4 it is going to be optimised for PS4. On PC it requires a bit more.

You can see minimum requirements here at GOG:
https://www.gog.com/game/cyberpunk_2077

Minimum requirements:
Processor: AMD FX-8310
You have: Ryzen 5 3550H

Minimun requirement would be 8% faster than your CPU.
https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-5-3550H-vs-AMD-FX-8310/m718601vsm18534

Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 470
You have: Vega 10? (Specs say you should have RX 560X.)

If you had RX 560X, minimum requirement would be 83% faster card than yours.
https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-560-vs-AMD-RX-470/3926vs3640

But if you indeed use Vega 10 with 2GB of RAM... I don't think Cyberpunk 2077 is going to even load. You would need a 296% faster card to reach minimum requirements.
https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-Vega-10-Ryzen-iGPU-vs-AMD-RX-470/m432559vs3640

So no, I don't think this laptop will run Cyberpunk 2077. I don't know much about the PS4 specs, but you can't just compare the hardwares and make a decision based on that. Ports don't work like that.

My recommendation would be: Build a gaming rig and buy the PC game from GOG.

Hey,

I really don't know much about it, but when I bought my laptop the box was written in red and capital letters: "Notebook Gamer Acer Nitro 5".

The Vega 10 (2GB of RAM) is used only when I am browsing and with light work softwares. When I run a game like The Witcher 3 the video card that is used is the Geforce GTX 1650 with 4GB VRAM (automatically occurs I don't need to ask the laptop to change them). I could play Witcher 3 on Ultra settings, but it's a game from 2015 and Cyberpunk 2077 is for this new generation i think.
Hi Linkg,

with your GTX 1650m you are below minimum specs but i expect you can run this game in low-medium settings.
For low end Systems like yours i recommend using a SSD and a clean and fresh installation of Windows 10.
And all the software stuff you dont need (Autostart) dont install it / deinstall it. It need tons of performance @ low end systems.

16GB dual channel means 2x8 GB ?

Long story short - you'll be able to run it on medium settings at very least. There's always an option to reduce/turn off some demanding effects like DOF/SSAO which will reduce GPU load by a LOT while picture will still be good. Reducing antialiasing slightly also gives room to go for higher texture resolution in many cases.

DOF and chromatic aberration actually make picture look worse in most of the time so turning them off will be good idea if the game will run a little slow.

16Gb is more than enough, 4GB VRAM is enough for 1080p for sure. If you have a small SSD, not enough to install the game it will be a good time to upgrade because large open world games usually benefit from those read speeds there will be no stuttering when loading objects, unlike fighting games or arena FPS where engine loads nothing after stage is loaded so in that case it's just about a few seconds of loading time.

Ok, that is better. Not enough, but better.

Your CPU is 8% below the minimum requirements.
Your GPU is 5% below the minimum requirements.

I think it may run after all. Don't expect ultra settings, but it may run. With that Vega 10, no way. GTX 1650, maybe.
Ultra settings? Below 1080p - sure, but it's better to run the game at native display resolution without one or two taxing effects that only make your eyes to bleed.

Yes, it's 2x8 GB DDR4 3000MHz.

Exactly, the laptop monitor is full hd only, so i will not use resolutions higher than 1080p. It has a 125gb SSD. Thanks for the help.

Do you believe that Cyberpunk will perform better on PS4 Slim version or on the PC with these laptop configurations? What would be the best option in my case to have a good experience with the game on launching?

Supposedly on PS4 the install size is 70GB. That's for the game files on the disk, without any Day 1 patch.
