this can't possibly be operating as intended... if i load a save made made while on a mission, breach protocol is rendered useless/unavailable.
i am playing a nomad netrunner/stealth build on my first playthrough. most of the time, i use breach protocol almost immediately when i start a job/gig/quest/whatever and make contact. if i have to load a save after i have used breach protocol (assuming i have disabled cameras which i almost always do), all of the cameras are back online, any other daemons are inactive, and breach protocol is unavailable/red in the hack menu. i can go and disable them again one by one, but i had already applied disable cameras as part of BP and that shouldn't be happening.
i get being unavailable, but if that is the case, leave the effects in place. otherwise, reenable it so i can do it again after a load! in this way, it is punishing you for having to reload in the middle of a mission.
also, if i load a game within the sight cone of a camera (disabled or active) or enemy, even while hidden/crouched, the PC loads standing rather than hidden and all guards are cameras alert on me immediately on load. half the time, if i am within the sight cone of an enemy, they detect me even if i am out of range and/or a netrunner starts to locate my position.
not sure if it is related, but i noticed even if i don't reload after having applied breach protocol, camera/security systems in terminals still shows enabled/on, and in areas where there are multiple terminals for the same set of cameras, they all say on even if i have disabled the cameras both with BP and from another terminal. doubt that is intended either.
anyone notice these issues with breach protocol and perhaps have a workaround/solution? is this the right place to report a bug like this for CDPR to fix or is there an official bug report screen i have so far missed?
