Platform: PC
Build:
CPU- Intel i-7 6700k 4.0 GHZ
GPU- Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB
RAM- 32GB
OS- Windows 10 64-bit
Graphics drivers current as of 12/10/2020

Problem:
During quest EX-Factor, when going to the fire escape to climb up and meet with Judy, the ladder is un-usable. I have no prompt to climb, my character doesn’t grab the ladder automatically, and I cannot jump-grab it. There is no other way to meet with Judy and I am unable to progress any further on this quest.

Problem:
During quest EX-Factor, when going to the fire escape to climb up and meet with Judy, the ladder is un-usable. EDIT: Turns out getting off the elevator on the way to Clouds interrupted a cut-scene or something so everything was locked (couldn't draw weapons, use items, double jump). After I left it stayed like that. Had to initiate a new cutscene (went back to my apartment and sat on the couch) and that unfroze everything and I was able to climb the ladder/double jump to the top.
