In the Cyberpsycho quest "Blood Ritual", there is a bug if you approach the area from the wrong angle. The trigger for the remaining human NPC to start dying seems to only work when coming from the front. I jumped over the front at the back of the courtyard, and the surviving NPC was just sitting there and doing nothing, thus I couldn't continue the quest. I could even choke him out from behind (stealth takedown), which is surely a bug because it stops his lines from working.

EDIT: It also seems to bug if you scanned anything from afar before entering the quest area. This quest needs major bugfixing.

EDIT 2: Third bug: After leaving the quest area, the creepy female whispers in the background still continue.

I have seen all the clues and did everything i could.
Bug still stuck.
Looked on youtube after being stuck on the seach for more clues for the past 2 days now.
and i never triggered the ise box or the last part.
no clue what to do.
Other then Rip 100% run.,

Leaving area in bad moment and entering again cause quest stuck (on final body search nothing happens). Got there yesterday, only solution is to load game before first quest area enter. Maybe there will be retroactive patch for this. Saving/loading after bug have no impact.
