I finally got cyberpunk installed but when it starts my screen goes completely black. I can still hear what sounds like the game starting.

I submitted a ticket but it sounds like it will be weeks before someone helps me.

Any else have this? If so, how did you resolve it.

Depending on your computer, you may have to wait a minute or three for the first time running the game. If it still isn't starting correctly, make sure you have the latest video drivers, or even try reinstalling your video driver.
