Does anyone know if there is a way with the dlc to get blueprints missed? Im missing the Moron Labe, but the suspected criminal activity is done, and I recall when I did it the leader didn't drop it. I don't see it on the black market either.

As with any other such issue, I'd recommend using the CyberEngineTweak console, and add it to your inventory with a code.
