How to turn it off? Looks like im blind and cant find it...

This is why I haven't use this upgrade still because there is no turning it off. And I make tons of creds from junk alone.

You can't if you get the perk "Scrapper",It will scrap all valuable's jewellery.

You will have to reload one of your earlier saves before you choosed the perk "Scrapper".

It's a horrible perk that is completely useless.

Not really. The junk is useless as it is; you can sell it for a couple of ennies, but you get far more simply crafting a basic pistol and selling that (particularly if you get the perk to increase the sell value of crafted items).

As a bonus you get XP every time you scrap something and craft something.

You can scrap pretty much everything, even alcohol and snacks, which in return will give you upgrade parts that can be sold for considerably more money and of course used to upgrade stuff. I highly suggest scrapping anything that is worth less than 8 Eddies, usually the parts you gain are worth a lot more.

the problem is with some of the high end value junk that breaks down to crap componets. Yes for the most part 95% of junk is trash, but there are some high value bits and bobs thrown in.

There should be a slider like automaticly scrap junk below xxxx value, so you set it to like 100 eurodollars and everything below that gets auto scrapped, so you get to keep that 750 ED jewerly.

I disagree, i just wish i could upgrade it to scrap higher quality gear too. or they should upgrade the high value jewerly a tier or two :)

IMO once you get to a point where youre making a few thousand eddies per job, it's kinda pointless to sell your junk for like 30 eddies. I'd rather have the exp and crafting materials at that point. Early game, sure, pick everything up and sell it.

There's also an item sold by ripperdocs called "Tabula Rasa" or something that resets all your points (if I remember correctly) if you really need to delete that perk point.
