I did a quick search and couldn't find an answer to this question (which I'm surprised of), and I have no idea if anyone from CD Projekt Red or any administrators in the know ever actually peruse this forum but I'll ask and see what happens.

If anyone from the staff happens to know the answer, are there plans to allow pre-downloads, of most of the Cyberpunk 2077 files, a few days before launch?

Nothing official from CDPR yet, but it's very likely going to be just like The Witcher 3, one week before release.

Mostly it is one week before release. Witcher 3 got 1 week before release so I am confident that the pre-loading will be avaible by November 12th.
