I was wondering if the game is done and they have moved on or are the plans for DLC still on?

They've been tight lipped on updates, and we're going to have to be patient. There's something on SteamDB that suggest we might be getting something big soon. I also read that we are getting more outfits and a car. I'll post my sources for your review:

Phantom Liberty. A paid DLC. It will most likely be worth it. But I thought we were going to get some free DLC. Looks like CDPR is gonna do the paid first.. I know a lot has changed though so who knows?
