After update 2.2, (new) nvidia app made new optimalization for my laptop (before was good). On game I get this error message.

Screen in polish. Says : User data is corrupted. Cannot be load. It will be changed by default settings.

Already reinstalled CP2077 and nvidia drivers - clean and app. There is no change.

Has anyone else experienced this problem after update. Could the cyberpunk update affect the optimization problem in the nvdia application ? Once in nvidia app I click optimalization and run the game this error shows up and nvidia app shows that cyberpunk is not optimazed again.

Each time you start the game, previously performed optimization is restored to factory settings.

I get the same error, and I think it has to do with the fact that when you start the game, it doesn't start the game itself, but an additional launcher (from which you can then start the game); more or less the same thing happens with Baldur's Gate III and its launcher, only that in that case the nVidia app can't even change the game settings.

Maybe in a few days there will be a patch from nvdia or CD Projekt, because there will be reports. Of course, the problem is not big, but it's nice when optimization works normally :) Now I set in game settings.
