SO, do you guys think the DLCs are coming right now? since they haven't said a word about their plans after they released the roadmap, and it says we are getting DLCs after patch 1.2.... so i guess they are mainly working on DLCs right now?

Who knows... all we can do is be patient. It's not even been a month.
“It’s too early to talk about 2021; we don’t want to reveal it, but as I’ve already mentioned – a big part of the team is still working on improving Cyberpunk; that’s approximately 40% of the team.”

This means 60% of the team is doing something else. Possibly (free) DLCs and (paid) expansions.

They're still working on optimizing and fixing the game. It was released beyond broken for many people. And yeah, I get Witcher 3 released rough too... but CP was cosmically rough.

I'd say we'll probably start seeing the free DLC's this summer if I had to guess based on CDPR's previous track record :) Hang in there.

Given the rate at which people complain and keep complaining (and will keep complaining), I'd say autum, tbh

You're probably right.
