Up front: I've tried searching forum topics, but my search button is broken (yields no results), so apologies if this is repetitive. I've got a good rig that can play the game mostly maxed out, but my 1080ti doesn't support DLSS or ray tracing, so these aren't the issues.

TLDR; I'm not looking for any solutions besides rolling the game back to 1.06.

PC graphics have significantly downgraded with each patch since about 1.06, with the most noticeable issues for me being:

1. Draw distance/LOD: seems like the engine has been changed making changing this via .ini tweaks or mods impossible. Things in the distance look really low res (a building being a big flat box, for instance, with no real texture to it). Driving around at night, there's a certain distance where things just stop - all you see is a big greyish/blackish wall of nothing. No sky, no smog, no hazy lights - nothing.

2. Texture pop-in: there was always a minor degree of this (as there usually is with most open world games), but it's progressively gotten worse with each patch. We're talking about a traffic light appearing like a flat diamond from about 20m away, and then suddenly switching to the actual texture when you're at 10m.

3. Textures not rendering, particularly after loading/fast travelling: since 1.1 I've had issues when reloading the game or fast travelling (or basically anytime you have to load a new environment). A lot of textures simply won't load - for instance, all road textures might be missing. Sometimes it'll be a door, environmental fixtures like desks and chairs, etc.

I haven't played 1.23 long enough to experience some of the other problems users have been having.

My only real question - is there a way to roll back installation to patch 1.06 or earlier? The furthest back GOG allows is 1.12, which is when these issues became really problematic for me.
