I think I figured this out. You might notice we get achievements in the form of "feats", instead of being officially implemented. Let's take a moment to talk about the Nintendo Switch. The Switch doesn't have an achievement system, so a dev would have to implement achievements individually. The Switch port does this with feats. I think they just copy/pasted the Switch port here. Another clue to this is the trailer. At the time of posting, Galaxy doesn't have a trailer for its own version. It uses the one for Nintendo (see enclosed photo).
