I've beaten Werner Werman 3 times now on what should have been S scores on Expert, but each time I get a 5/6 Super Meter grade. This is a bug no doubt, as each time I used two full Super Meter attacks on him and to get 6/6 you need to only use one full Super Meter and one regular EX attack at a bare minimum.

Going to give up on all S ranks until the devs fix this.

I figured out what was wrong, there's a really stupid quirk with the scoring system in this game.

In order to get 6/6, you have to use a Super Meter attack that does damage (I or III) which counts for 5/6, however, you then need to use an EX attack. If you only use a Super Meter attack, you will only ever get 5/6, even if you use it 2 or even 3 times during a fight.

However I think the real bug is that the Charge weapon's EX attack wasn't counting for damage for the Super Meter grade, so I switched to another weapon to use an EX attack, then switch back and finished the fight with Charge. I got the 6/6.

That's not true that you have to use super meter I or III to score.
I only use super meter II and still get meter score.
I guess we just have to do damage during the invulnerability to score with II.
