Issue:
When playing local multiplayer with two Playstation DS4 controllers one of the players controlls both characters when there is no input from the other character. When the other player moves or gives any input, it overrides the first players controls.

Solution:
Make sure any DS4 software is closed and not running in the background. This includes STEAM. Closing Steam and any open DS4 software allowed me to resolve the issue. Now each controller only controls one character.

Had to throw this out there in case somebody was trying to play multiplayer with 2 controllers and having the same issue.

I encountered this issue playing singleplayer. When I pressed the menu button on my Xbox One controller, the game added a second player which was controlled by the same controller, so I was able to control 2 characters in the same time. I did restart the game and it was all OK. I am using the GOG version on PC.
