I think it's a mistake on the part of gog. com or they know more than we do. ;)

You can't change the language at the moment. The developers announced that translations were coming after the English only release. All translations will come out in future updates.

Maybe GOG.com admins should change the language list from the game page so as to avoid confussion. The Steam game page already says English only.
