The game has been stopped at the very beginning of the loading page. This problem has always existed, but it has not been fixed.

I have solved this problem. I saw a friend in the top post saying that can reinstall THE MONO to solve the problem of missing plugins. Here is the webset for downloading the mono. https://www.mono-project.com

If people still have issues starting this game, after much trial and error i found the issue for my scenario.
If you are using comodo firewall, uncheck the 'filter loopback traffic' option in the firewall settings.
Game started singing straight away instead of the 2 seconds of grainy 8mm film.
