I runned game at 2560x1440 and all the elements of UI are so tiny that it's nearly impossible to read. Anyone has a clue how to fix it?

Choose a lower resolution? I set it to 1920x1080.

I tried to dig a bit in the files but I bet there is some file that would allow for bigger characters. I did played in full hd in the end.
