Hello everyone!

Today I downloaded Cultures 1 and installed it. But when I try to start it, it crashes and shows this error:

"Die Anwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden. (0xc0000142). Klicken Sie auf "OK", um die Anwendung zu schließen."

= "The application could not be startet (0xc0000142). Click "OK" to close the application."


Can somebody help me to start the game correctly? I don't habe an idea to solve this problem.

My laptop:
Win 10 32bit (upgraded from Win 7)
Pentium (R) Dual Core - 4 GB RAM
graphics board: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset
