I’m quite sure the DLC installers for Windows and Mac are empty right now.
GOG can’t distribute a DLC that has not been released yet ;)

Does the extra Perpetual Edition installer enable anything yet?

EDIT: Nevermind, just tried it, all it does now is displaying "Perpetual Edition" on the main menu.
