In short, the developers might localize the game but there's nothing for sure as of right now :)

Dans un article de M. Alexis Kennedy, une traduction est envisagée mais les langues choisies n'ont pas encore été précisées.

En attendant un traduction officielle on peut trouver sur le forum steam du jeu une fan trad faite par un M. Burton qui semble très fidèle à l'esprit du jeu.
Désolé pour le déterrage de topic mais l'info peut interesser des gens ici
