So is there a sure way to get a dread?
Like dreaming with money gives you content for sure.
I keep failing on fascination because all my ways to get dread have a chance to get a fascination instead.

You can get dread by terrifying a hunter with Winter lore. You can get it from restlessness from season of temptations once it decays (just wait for it, and the season will come sooner or later).
You can also get restlessness from moth timer that has a chance to pop up whenever you get moth-aspect cards from any timer. Like moth lore, or moth followers. Even if those are the cards that you inserted yourself. So you can try getting it by doing things with moth-aspect followers or lore.

Some of the dream ways have one option which can give Dread but not Fascination, and another option which is the other way around; for example, through the Stag Door you can get Dread by visiting the Ascent of Knives or Fascination by visiting the Painted River, but not vice versa. These dreams are "safe", as you can decide which mood you won't get.
