I have a visual or GUI bug, where after a certain amount of time, pop ups for the different actions stop visually appearing. I can still interact with them using key shortcuts, and the sound bytes are there for clicking on and off, but the window is completely invisible to me.

So far I have tried:
-Checking and applying updates
-Verifying/Repairing my game
-Clearing My save file
-Reinstalling the game
-Changing windowed/windowless mode, plus other graphic options

The only thing that works temporarily is closing the game and restarting, but the bug comes back after a while.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using windows 10 and only have the base game, no dlc.
