Seeing the absolute mess, and an entirely avoidable one, from a rushed release and probably avoidable bugs where many buyers get low priority on being able to play the ENTIRETY of the game they purchased, I think Imma pass.

I have the same interpretation.

I really hope I'll be able to play the game before the weekend.
It's extremely unfortunate that the tier 3 tech bug exists and isn't patched on GOG yet but it's equally easy to avoid now that it's known about.

That a player has to restart their game and research how to work around a bug that probably shouldn't have existed in the first place, not to mention a fix as well as 3 or 4 other patches being released on Steam before they even tried to get anything to GoG buyers doesn't really seem to make the situation any better.

Man at times like this I miss the pre-service era where devs/pubs had to at least try make absolutely sure a game worked reasonably well before releasing it.
Something tells me the GOG version has been largely an after thought. Not sure why they bothered if support was going to be this abysmal. Heck I didn't even know a GOG version existed before release, always thought it would be Steam exclusive.

Probably just gonna wait a day or two and if not patched, just refund.

I remember adding the game to my wishlist somewhere in June because of the Devolver Digital presentation... I'm so disappointed.
