Anybody else having these problems? Looks like a very solid title, but performance is abysmal on my 3080 ti. While moving left or right, the screen stutters and pauses frequently. This is regardless of any graphical settings, v-sync on/off, etc. The only way I can mitigate is by lowering my 240hz monitor to 60hz and using v-sync with g-sync. The stutter is still there, but the lower framerate hides it a little better.

I'll try RivaTuner, but this is terrible. Definitely not worth the $30 at all...more like $15 at best.

I have noticed stutter as well sometimes, though I'm not sure if it's the same problem you're having. My issue seems to be directly proportional with the number of followers I have, and seemingly coinciding with status changes that might affect them, leaving me to suspect that the follower AI scripting is to blame, taking too long to factor the new variable into each instance of the script

Also note an issue like this is likely CPU bound not GPU, so the 3080Ti is likely not factoring into this issue

It's the same issue on all platforms. There are momentary hiccups and stutters as any area is traversed. Most people think it's a memory leak, but I'm no expert. My stutters are never proportionate to anything onscreen at all, they are just seemingly random bloops. I just know that it's a really fun game, but marred by the performance. I really don't think this game is going to be bottlenecked by an i9 10900K though. I haven't seen any smooth gameplay from the consoles either. It is what it is. Let's not even mention the progression bugs.

Fair. Just sharing and hoping it helped. Sounds like there's bigger issues than what I'm seeing.
Played a lot (too much) for 3 days and monitoring my cpu at the same time : the 1st day I managed to start the game and never quitting it for 20 hours, without any issue. (then I closed it)
The second day it started to stutter a bit, my camp growing and followers number increasing (more than 20), and I finally finished the game from 3rd bishop to the end with constant stuttering everywhere (a BIT less during the night).
Then I closed the game... and restarted the computer for another reason, and suddendly the stuttering almost entirely disappeared.

And during all of this, no one of my core CPU (a quite old i5-3570) was going above 60% (with Steam open, Ubisoft connect open, firefox with a LOT of tabs opened, and a video going on dual screen), I really think this is due to code instruction badly optimized. (and the video part is clearly not an issue considering the mainly 2D conception of the game, plus I have a RTX 2080)

My main remaining concern now is a 10-15 seconds freezing whenever the game is saving : manual saving, entering bishop a door, going through portal, every morning while at camp. And here too I think that's a coding issue, this happened only after 40 hours of playing and a "big" camp and community..
