With all 16 missions completed, where you have to get all crystals, and with the secret level (where I thought I got all the crystals...), I only have 805/893 crystals. Anybody know where the missing crystals are?

Nevermind. I see that this must have been a bug in version 1.0.0. I have upgraded to 1.0.4 and it now says 805/805.
