I've beaten all four episodes and I can't get the Crystal Caves achievement. I've beaten episode 4 but I didn't get the Final Frontier achievement. Why is this? Who else has this problem?

Edit: Title should say "Can't". It just doesn't register as achieved in the 'Extras' section on Gog Galaxy, it's still greyed out.
