I have Win 7 64 bit.If I try play with Galaxy Crysis dont run.I see only black screen. But if I try run without Galaxy game work fine.Who have this same problem?
Same problem here. and it's a common problem for Crysis when you try to launch the 64 bit version, which I think GOG does by default,

When you go to the install directory and launch Crysis.exe from the Bin64 directory the game launches perfectly (make sure you launch Crysis.exe not Crysis64.exe). Also launching CrysisLauncher.exe from the install directory also launches the game perfectly. And the 32 bit version from the Bin32 directory works good too.
I've no clue what exe GOG Galaxy tries to launch but it gives you a black screen on Windows 7 x64. Switching to a different windows shows a 'this program has stopped working' dialog.

One positive note: the 64 bit version of the game only works when you set compatibility mode to Vista SP2.. I noticed GOG already did this. Great job GOG! :D

There are two things you can try:

1. After installing the game via Galaxy, exit Galaxy COMPLETELY by going to your system tray and right clicking on the Galaxy icon and selecting "Exit". Next, restart Galaxy and launch the game. If this doesn't work then try the next step:

2. Crysis has two Bin folders: Bin32 and Bin64. If restarting Galaxy and running the game after restarting does not work for you, then please navigate to either the Bin32 or Bin64 (depending on whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system) and run the Crysis.exe file within the Bin folder.

In the mean time, I urge the both of you in this thread to send in a Support ticket by following this link:

https://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/crysis

and selecting "Launching issues" as the problem type :)
Doesnt work.I send ticket.
I also have this problem (als o Win7 64 bit)

While I can run the game without problems from the start menu, I can't run it from inside galaxy.
When I try to launch from galaxy, galaxy asks for permissions for the crysislauncher.exe (that I accept) and after that the error in the image attached appears.
I noticed that it's looking for the game exe in a place where I don't have it installed, crysis is installed in another hard drive.

I was going to open a report in Mantis with all the details and logs, Should I wait and send a ticket using your link, Judas? Or it's only for poeple that can't run the game at all?

Edit: Typos, typos everywhere!

quick check: could you please replace a current launcher in game folder with one from this link (make a backup just in case) :

Done.

Yes, the game runs now from galaxy :)

And just in case, there is still one thing that it's diferent from launching the game from the start menu. When I use a shortcut in the start menu the game runs almost inmediately but when I run it trough galaxy it takes several second before the game starts, 30 seconds to be exact (checked with a stopwatch).
This also happens with the "old" CrysisLauncher.exe

Great, I'll update the game on Monday.
As for the long launching issue, I don't think there is anything on my end I can do, except passing it along to the Client team.

I'm glad to be helpful, thanks and have a nice weekend :)
It's not working for me either, it works trough the install folder, but not trough the Galaxy client. I guess I'll submit a ticket :P.

Is the file I linked to few posts earlier making any difference?
The linked file doesn't fix the issue for galaxy ( for me) , the game will still run outside of galaxy mind you.
So no big deal, just a fyi.

Nope :( Tried it before posting, it didn't make any difference, game runs outside of galaxy but not inside.
