I'm in the building with the 2 staircases along the walls. On the 2nd floor in a front room there is a guy I can't kill.

What have I don wrong this time?

I started this level over, because I could not "use" the radio, to get instructions. I think I blew the radio up trying to kill the unkillable guy.
