I really like this game and gave it a 5* review. I have been playing the game for weeks since then, unlocking all but one suit, and getting to the final Cryptark level a few times but not making much progress.
After all that time I finally did it last week, and took out every system – except for the shield system protecting the lower part of the Cryptark’s brain. And no matter what I did I couldn’t reach it because it was within an area with no door, destructible walls, or way in. At all. My suit was the one that could slow time, which didn’t help, and all my support equipment was healing.
After all those weeks trying, I finally did it – and a bug stopped me winning. Argh!
I looked for a cheat that would let me pass through walls, just so I could complete the game – couldn’t find one. After a couple of hours of just trying again and again to pass through the wall, I paused it and spent loads of time reading anything I could on fora. As I said, I couldn’t find a cheat. I found this thread:

It says:
“Screenshot the map screen, which will give us the seed number so we can reproduce it and fix it (Windows only right now). Email us or post here (we've only recently added the seed information to the map screenshots)”
But pressing Print Screen on the keyboard didn’t work – it just pasted a blank white screen into my graphics package. I went into Cryptark options and controls, no screenshot key was listed. I couldn’t find the option to change to Windowed mode in case that helped, so all I could do was take photos on a mobile phone. It would have been helpful of the dev to include instructions of how to take a screenshot mid-game.
It also said:
“- Send us your game logs, by going into the console (with ~ key), and typing 'sendlogs'.”
I tried the tilde key, no console came up. I even tried other symbol keys in case it is a UK/US keyboard thing.
So, all I had was the photos and no way back. I have attached them anyway.
Then all I could do was choose Abandon Mission – and then it was game over.
As you can imagine, this left me rather frustrated.
I contacted the devs but didn't get a reply.
There's not much you can do, but it is worth being aware that this bug still remains, and some ships can be impossible to complete. It's worth checking the map at the start of each level, and quitting if you see an inaccessible system (that has to be destroyed). It will save you maybe an hour of wasted time. Unfortunately the final level is a ghost one, so you can't even see the layout until you have knocked out the ghost system (and probably the repairs too). which you might not even succeed in doing.
