I compiled the necessary language files if someone wishes to play this game in Russian language.

It's a rar file, you have to extract it into the main game directory, so that all files are overwritten. This will change the English language to Russian, permanently. If you want this to be reversible, make a backup of the affected folders.
If you only want Russian voices, then use only the files in the Sounds folder from the archive.
