The game won't start because the dll is missing. Just installed it. I didn't add, change or delete anything at all.

It's probably because you haven't installed the PhysX runtime.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.12.0213-driver.html Download this and install, your game should work then.

hm....
i have downloaded a PhysxLoader.dll file, and copy to the game directory
The game can start, but just the main menu. If i click the "new game" than an error:

Hi there!
You just can't only copy the DLL-file in the game directory, because the DLL makes use of another interface you have to install: PhysX is a basic need and feature of this game. Even if you don't have a NVidia card.

Just uninstall then reinstall the PhysX get the latest version from the nvidia site
