Someone else made this performance mod, but since the original link is dead - I reupped it and decided to share it here. Please read the readme for what the mod does. (Really, it's an huge ini tweak, but I figured it's only fair.) I hear that there's a better one out now, but I haven't seen it yet. I'll share that if I see it.
