Not sure why this is happening, but I essentially finished mission 9 and was told to go back to the starting telepad to end the level. However, when I step on the pad, nothing happens. I've watched videos of the level being played and I'm pretty sure I'm in the right spot and everything. Anyone know how to deal with this problem?

Yes, it's No Remorse. I did oversee the meeting. It was a few days ago now, but I'm pretty sure I was explicitly told that the mission was over and to return to the telepad.
