For those that played it, did it have any major changes from No Remorse or was it essentially the same game with just more missions?

Yep. Overall, No Regret is a much smaller game in both content and vision.

Anybody else thinking todays release is Crusader: No Regret?

It's been so long since I've played it that maybe I'm wrong about this, but if I remember correctly, some of the levels were very, very long.
