Hi everyone. I had this problem, and I found a solution after about an hour of surfing and twiddling in the gog.com forums. I thought I'd post here to help out other people. For some reason I haven't been able to post it as a tech support solution.

Some modern (ie: fast) computers are having trouble running this game. Use the following to fix extremely slow gameplay and lock ups with videos:

1. Go to start>program files>gog.com> crusader no remorse

2. Click on graphical mode setup. A little box should open up.

3. Choose a graphics mode. I have had success with the graphics mode set to Direct3D

4. Select start game at the bottom

5. Enjoy!

Note that you must run the graphical mode setup from start>programs>gog.com>crusader
trying to run the graphical mode setup from the file located at
c:// (or whatever your hard disk name is>programs>gog.com>crusader
will lead to an error saying the game is not installed.
