When Patch 1.0?

I have ver0.8.20 in the game.

Try to refresh your account after loging-in with
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
and check your games library again. I have just downloaded the game and for me the current version is 1.1!


(p.s.: I don't use galaxy - maybe the galaxy verison is different - I always download and install the offline installers only)

Really? I just tried downloading but still getting an error when I run the installer.

Sorry, you are correct: I have answered after downloading but before installing version 1.1 :-(! I also have a corrupted version of the (offline installer) version of the game and guess we can only contact gog support and ask them to review the installer files...

I have noted that the file size information shown in the account library for the first .bin file says 4 GB but my file has a file size of only 680 MB... this might be a reason for the problem...

Anyway I will contact support and let you know.

- login to gog.com
- go to
https://www.gog.com/account
and choose the game from your library by clicking on it
- below the big blue button for galaxy downloads/installs click on "DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALLERS" and you will be able to see and download the files for offline installation without galaxy

The installation over GOG Galaxy brings me version 1.0.0 and not like in the description 1.1.0

The offline version does not run at all.

Okey an update. I spent some time on this and here's my results (as of 12 hours ago)

downloaded original 1.0 installer:
game version 0.8.20. works pretty good, most annoying thing is the bed bug. this version should be available in "previous versions" in the game tab

downloaded 1.1 installer:
has a problem installing, the files don't seem to be the right size

downloaded via galaxy:
installs version 1.0 of the game, has AI and pathing issues, NPCs get into unresolvable pathing issues requiring reload
still has bed bug

I suggest getting 0.8.2 and playing that for now, supposedly 1.1(game version not gog version) is better, but I haven't been able to try it

Patch 1.2 is already on Steam and we are still 1.0

Now Steam is on 1.4 and we still have 1.1 ...
I wonder if this is the devs fault or GoG ...

Yeah, Devs are actually replying to threads and updating the game on Steam, here on GOG they are simply collecting money and ignoring it.

GOG doesn't care it seems.

28.10.2019 - still no patch 1.2

GOG deleting patch 1.0 to 1.1 as soon as 1.1 to 1.2 became available after they not uploading "1.0" to 1.1 until days after it was available on steam (causing people like me to not even check for a couple of days) is some garbage.

Leave prior versions of the patches up if you are going to be tardy about uploading some of them and timely on others. Some of us do not want to install GOG Galaxy and have yet another loader on our PCs.

im pretty sure there wasnt a thing like 1.0 to 1.1 patch ... you just needed to install the game from scratch or as i think it was: the version 1.0 from GOG was already the version 1.1 without mentioning :) GOG surely deleted nothing ... maybe the developer/publisher itself deletet something but i took the 15 minutes to download and install the game from scratch. is your internet connection that bad that you cant download about 6 GB as a "patch" ...
most DayOnePatches from AAA Games are way bigger than that .... so what are you whining about???
