I saw this dumpster fire of a game went on sale just now (at the time of writing) and figured I'd look at how the more recent reviews of the game have judged it, only to notice that ONLY verified owners of the game can now post reviews of this rubbish. Is there some unseen behind-the-scenes influencing by the developers to somehow "ensure" that only "good" reviews are left on the game now? Joke's on them either way, since buying and playing the game only proves just how bad it truly is.

I mean, I've known for YEARS that Klabater are some of the scummiest types in gaming these days, what with their atrocious approach to bug-testing, DLCs, and just general community interactions, but have they really gone full freakin' fascist now to boot? Really, censoring opinions unless you pay for the priviledge to have them? That's outright sickening when you think about it.
Rotten Tomatoes did that right after 'Captain Marvel' was released and people didn't like it. Since it 'couldn't fail', they changed their entire review policy and purged bad reviews.
You can only leave a review on that site if you buy a ticket, and the only way they can verify you did, is only via Fandango, and I don't use that service (I refuse), therefore I can't leave any reviews as I used to, for DVDs of movies I purchased.

Here in the game world, it's easier to see if you did buy a game. I suppose two categories of reviews, 'purchased' and 'unverified' could be used.
