I am having a problem getting dishes washed in the game. I didn't have this problem when I started the game for the first time a few months ago but this time around I cannot get anyone to haul water into the kitchen to do the dishes. I have a barrel in the kitchen set up to only have water in it, I've set priorities high on both the water barrel and the dishwasher, I've hired a cook and a drudge to just do kitchen work (and they don't seem to even do that) and to tell you the truth I am very quickly loosing patience with the game's AI. Do you all have any tips or tricks that I need to look at to get this very simple task taken care of? Thanks!

Mine just crashed. I lost a half-day of play time. This game is really buggy. I have 8 waitresses, and STILL no one waits on my customers. I have set their priorities to waiting tables far above everything else. My people will bring bath water before washing dishes. Some of the furniture you place can never be moved again. If you try, they snap back to where they were. As is so frequently the case, the devs seem to ignore GoG. They post something, but are clearly not going through the issues with list. here.

Make sure that when you examine the worker, you click the bottom tab and have carrying and kitchen work set to their top priority. Carrying should only be when items arrive, but who knows, because there isn't a user guide available here to consult.
