Greetings everyone, I played the campaign and I'm now doing the sandbox mode and in both cases I never had any scoundrels for hire in the personnel tab.

Is there a problem with them or something that prevents them from showing up?

I have a gaming room with tables and seats that is rarely used and I can't staff it properly.

Anyone?

I didn't find any way to get support for it too, where can I ask?
