I set the preferences on each worker. But people constantly complained about not getting orders for drinks. I hired nearly a worker for every 2 customers. 10 or so for 22 customers. Set all their options to off except waiting tables, but still nothing.

I finally found out that Innkeeping is the option for getting drinks, not waiting tables. Not sure what waiting tables means if it isn't getting and filling orders. Innkeeping sounds like getting rooms for people.

Just FYI for those that haven't figured that out.
